The trademarks, trade names or logos are owned by "Tuplagro" or third parties, such that the access to the Portal cannot be understood as a form of attributing any right over such trademarks, trade names and / or logos.
“www.tuplagro.com/es/" and "agroadvisor.com" are a platform using a remote detection and artificial intelligence software in which user accesses information on selected plots, in relation to the crop state for the optimization of their farm.
In the registration process it is mandatory to fill in all the required fields in order to access the website, by filling in these the user is aware that they are providing personal data, as specified in the Privacy Policy. The registration will be validated by sending an email with a verification link.
The data entered by the User must be always accurate, up to date and true. Failure to comply with any of these clauses will entitle "Tuplagro" to remove the user, and the user will not be entitled to a full or partial refund of the subscription for the current period.

The first month registration will be free of charge, therefore the periods set for automatic renewals will be calculated from the payment. During the first month of free use the user will be able to unsubscribe without charge.
Once the first free month has finished, the Credit or Debit Card will be charged for the annual or biannual fee agreed.
The use of the service of www.tuplagro.com/es/ and/or "agroadvisor.com" has a biannual or annual fee for user depending on the number of registered hectares and the crop type. The annual fee will be fixed according to the number of registered hectares on "agroadvisor.com".
Tuplagro" reserves the right to increase or decrease this fee at any time, as well as to offer discounts based on mid-season sales or special situations, as well as to groups. For the application of such discounts or bonuses will be essential to fill the promotional codes field in the registration process.
El pago de la cuota da derecho a un uso de la cuenta durante seis (6) meses o doce (12) meses, en función de la tarifa seleccionada, desde el día del pago.
Payment of the fee entitles the user to use the account for six (6) months or twelve (12) months, depending on the fee selected, from the date of payment.
The biannual or annual renewal fee will be determined by the registered hectares on the renewal date, regardless of the use the user makes of those hectares. The renewal cost will be notified 45 days prior the end of the period.
The payment of the biannual or annual fee shall be made by Credit or Debit Card; the subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the corresponding subscription period, unless the user cancelled the payment renewal thirty (30) days before the end of the period. If the user unsubscribes, they will be treated as user until the end of the period in process.
If the user unsubscribes, or they are removed for violation of the terms of use, this will not mean at all the total or partial refund of the fee paid, regardless of the time remaining until the next payment.
If any clause included in these General Conditions was declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect such clause or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, and these General Conditions shall subsist in all other respects and such clause shall be considered totally or partially as not included.
